2017 State of the Community Address

With April Fools’ rapidly approaching, the only fool would have to be someone who isn’t joining us on IRC, or even here on the website, during a surprising growth period. Solid pick-ups like Janus and crunchyfish are nice little reminders of our enormous potential and community spirit, things that HelenKeller, who returned a few days ago, is definitely not blind to.

Refia recently hand-picked an incredible action platformer for NES of the Month and the crowd is loving it. You might be wondering if he will maintain his track record of flawless choices. He will.

Our flagship product, Game of the Month, finally landed upon Suikoden II, and, as you know, everything is bigger in Texas, but Kuro has gotten even bigger thanks to such a perfect decision. Ikaruga is also here. When have we played a shmup? The answer is pretty much never. Now is the time because it’s on Steam.

Another important development is that Refia, our Premium Member, has been promoted to Half-Operator status due to his seemingly endless efforts. We couldn’t be more proud. And don’t forget that you could make it there one day as well.

Best of all, we are announcing… The First Official Top 10 Video Games of All Time here at P-Wing. We only have quality members, so the selections will surely be outstanding.
